Each year, through a process of review and self-evaluation, the school identifies some key priorities to focus on for the next academic year. As well as our own self-generated priorities, there may be statutory priorities directed by the Government which are also included. Our School Development Plan (SDP) is shared with our Governors, who monitor the progress against the priorities during the academic year and holds the school to account where progress is slow or isn’t made. The SDP is also shared with both our attached Diocesan Advisor and our Local Authority Advisor, who both help and support the school to meet our objectives.
